Weighing modules (main product line)
What is a weighing module? A weighing module is the part that turns a vessel into a scale. It consists of a top plate, a base plate, a load cell, a load-carrying column and support bolts. Fit weighing modules to a tank, hopper or reactor and it becomes a weighing system. (From public technical material, restated by Hengyuan.)
How is it different from a bare load cell? A module adds resistance to off-centre loading, a limit-stop structure and the mounting hardware. For service, the support screw jacks the vessel up so the load cell can be replaced without taking the module apart. (From public technical material.)
Which capacities do Hengyuan modules cover? Two module structures cover 0.22–2.2 t / 4.4 t / 9 t / 13.6 t / 20 t and 0.5–3 t / 5 t / 10 t / 15–20 t (Hengyuan drawings, 2026-09-12). The models published on the existing website are listed below. The final specification is confirmed against your duty.

High-capacity column models (for example HY-GD-M at 15–100 t and HY-PGD-M at 2–50 t) are published with a rated output of 2 mV/V or 1 mV/V, safe overload of 150 % or 200 %, ultimate overload of 300 % or 500 %, and a 13 m cable. Weighing indicators, junction boxes and weight transmitters
- Weighing indicators: the existing website carries model pages including

- Weight transmitters: these convert the load cell signal into the output your control system needs. The exact output is confirmed by configuration.
Platform scales and bench scales
- Platform scales: published standard sizes run from 800 × 800 to 1,500 × 2,000 mm, with 1 to 4 load cells of 350 Ω, an AC 100–240 V supply and an operating temperature of −10 to 40 °C (source: existing website, 2026-09-30).
- Bench scales: standard sizes from 300 × 400 to 600 × 800 mm; the overload alarm is set at 0.15 % above maximum capacity (source: existing website).
Explosion-proof weighing

Which duty does your vessel fall under?
Buyers usually arrive with a vessel and a problem rather than an industry keyword. These are the four most common cases. Open one to see how that case is handled.

Vertical process tanks and mixing tanks (mostly retrofits)
Module count follows the number of existing support legs (3 legs → 3 modules, 4 legs → 4 modules). After installation, first check that the nuts on top of the support screws have been released.

Silos and storage towers (high capacity, dust)
High-capacity vessels usually take one high-capacity module per leg, three or four in total, fitted under the legs. In dusty areas the priorities are keeping the junction box dry and limiting horizontal movement.

Agitation and thermal expansion push side loads into the modules, so add limit stops and keep the load vertical. Explosion-proof configuration is confirmed against your working conditions.

Batching lines and multi-scale systems
One scale's accuracy is not system accuracy: an additive recipe multiplies the error of each scale. Set "zero on power-up" to disabled on vessel scales.
